Weekly Classes

Classes are 45-60 minutes long. Cost is 10 sessions for $150. Drop in is $20. No monthly fees, you come when you sign up for class. Please check our facebook page for times and days throughout the year as they do sometimes change! All of our classes are small group personal training sessions (no more than 10 ladies). Each class is designed specifically for those who are coming, in addition to individual training you get the attention you need and deserve when training in a class environment. Everyone works at their own pace using the appropriate weights for their goals and move at the pace suitable for them. But it does not mean I won’t push you beyond what you think you can do and you will be inspired and motivated by others working around you. *We send weekly texts to sign up for classes. Because we do not charge monthly you will still be charged if you have signed up for a class but do not come. Life happens but we expect and want you here if you are signed up!

 Stretch and Roll

Stretch and Roll class is Weekly on Wednesday evenings from 7-730pm and only $15, you can also join us on line.

Myofascial release has been proven to aid in recovery after workouts and even if you sit at a desk all day! We use foam rollers, lacrosse balls, bands, softballs and other mobility tools to help release those trigger points in your body so that you can return to your workouts and daily life pain free. This class is also custom to you so if you have a spot that needs work, we target it!

 

 

Online Bootcamp

A few times a year we offer Online bootcamp! This is an awesome opportunity to do workouts on your time in the comfort of your own home. Workouts are posted on a private facebook page with instruction and videos of exercises along with nutrition guidelines and lots of motivation and accountability. Workouts last from 5-20 minutes and will be assigned anywhere from 3-5 days a week depending on the monthly challenge. One on One Training

We are happy to train you one on one to really dial in on your goals, it allows me to program the entire workout based on your particular goals.

60 min $70 45 min $55 30 min $40

*$5-10 travel fee per session if I am coming to you.

10 1 hour sessions for $650

10 45 minute sessions $500

10 30 minute sessions for $350

We can also do two person training, share the cost with a friend and still get the individual design you want.

 

Design your OWN Class

This is one our favorites! If you have a group of friends that want to train then you come up with the times and days to train for your particular group focusing on whatever type of training you would like! Kettlebells, lifting, TRX, Cardio, interbal, HITT, Tabata, Stretch and Roll, you choose… we design the workouts based on your desires for your own class! You will need 4-5 people to start your group. Cost is $15 per person. Classes can range between 30-60 min! You choose!

 

Injuries

Most of us have dealt with injury or perhaps you are postpartum. You can still TRAIN! Most of our clients have something they need to work around! As long as we know ahead of time or even as it happens we can modify any or all movements so you can still participate!
